Refund Policy

All merchandise offered on this website is sold as pre-order items for pickup at the concert. Shipping is not available.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is reserved in advance and prepared specifically for the event.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Because merchandise is prepared in advance for the concert, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including:

• change of mind

• incorrect size selection

• inability to attend the concert

• failure to collect the order at the event

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Concert Pickup Only

All items must be picked up at the designated merchandise booth at the concert.

Customers may be required to present:

• order confirmation email

• name used for the order

• valid identification (if requested)

If an order is not collected during the concert event, the order may be considered abandoned, and refunds will not be issued.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all orders as placed, in rare cases an item may become unavailable. If this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
